Drew Shula is an entrepreneur. He is Founder of Vverdant, a Web 2.0 start-up in Los Angeles, and started the blog at drewshula.com to write about his ideas. Audience participation is encouraged — if something sparks a thought, by all means, leave a comment!

Drew holds a 5-year professional degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where he also majored in Philosophy. Before entering the Internet start-up world, Drew was an architectural designer at The Jerde Partnership in LA. Drew holds Assoc. AIA and LEED AP credentials, and is enrolled in the NCARB Intern Development Program to become a licensed architect. Shula serves as Co-Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Emerging Green Builders Committee in Los Angeles, and is a member of the AIA Los Angeles Committee on the Environment. He is 27.

Drew is a native of Maine, and lives in LA with his wife and their two girls. His current obsessions include: iPhone Apps, TED, and Trader Joe’s Organic Hot Chocolate.
